Hello to everyone!!! It has been so fun "chatting" with everyone this way. We're up in Idaho right now -- enjoying the cooler weather. Hope everyone is doing well.

Happy Birthday Johnboy!!!!!!

Well I thought it only appropriate as this new blog has been set-up to use it to recognize certain accomplishments. Things like a cool award at school, or changes in employment, or an anniversary of something. Of course, the reason for the blog today. Congratulations John--you made it another year without kicking the bucket!!! I'm sure more grey hair and less of it (of course if your hair is falling out at a faster rate than it is turning grey then you would actually be getting less grey). I think it's time for a word problem. Everyone get a pencil sharp. OK. John on the 16th day of July 2006 had 500 stands of grey hair (round number to make it easier). Everyday John gets 5 more strands of grey hair. On months with thirty days John loses 200 strands of hair, on months with thirty one days he loses 190 strands of hair, and in February John lost 210 strands of hair (due to the stress of Presidents Day). 80% of the hair lost is grey. Does John have more or less grey hair today than he did this time last year? Just a fun little word problem on a HOT!! summer afternoon. Anyway, I would just like to wish you a very happy birthday JOHN! Hopefully you get your wish, of course, if your like me it is getting harder to get all those candles at one time. It's to late for you this year, but I've found that I have to fun on the treadmill for thirty minutes a day for the week prior to my birthday to increase my lung capacity to the point I can do it. I love you and Happy Birthday!!

NOW I CAN POST!!!!!! And I really wasn't crazy -- there was nowhere on my page where it said "New Post". I just hadn't accepted the invitation to be an author, because I didn't know about it!! Hope everyone is doing great! Kadee's been helping me get our family site up and going -- so everyone is welcome to check it out!

I am writing to you in behalf of Mr. Pants; because he is so smart he can only take time out of his day to answer so many questions. First of all I believe that you need a gmail account(I could be wrong, but even if I am it is always good to have one because they are so great.) Second you must look to the upper right of you screen and you will see your log-in name. Directly to the right of that you will see a tab that says new blog. Click on that. The next few steps are a little tricky: In the title bax you click, and write what your message will be about; now it is costumary to make the title as humorous as possible so that people will want to read your post. Mr. Pants had this down perfectly in our fall football league. Then you write the body of your blog. Now this part is almost as important as your title and must also be funny, again Mr. Pants was a pro when it came to funny. Next, you must end with a quote or lesson or something to honor Mr. Pants otherwise he will get angry and... well lets just say you do not want to see Mr. Pants angry. Well I believe that is all I have time for today I hope you all enjoy yours because I know I will enjoy mine
